Reese ceilings – a sought -after element of the interior of the decoration of bathrooms, public buildings, medical institutions, garages, kitchens and toilets. This type of ceiling coatings, in fact, is a type of suspended ceilings and is ideal for rooms with high humidity, since the rails that make up the ceiling are made of an aluminum profile that is not subject to corrosion or rust.
Reese panels are manufactured in the factory, the width of the panels can vary from 50 to 200 mm, with a length of at least two meters. In general, the standard length of the rails, as a rule, ranges from 3 to 4 meters. Before completing production, the strips are covered with a decorative coating of any color shade on the RAL scale, and the rear surface is protected by a special moisture -resistant varnish coating, the thickness of which cannot be less than 5 μm.
Directors in which holes are carved are delivered in the set of the rack ceiling. Harshes are attached inside them. Reiki is installed along the guides and attached them by simple snap. The panels are cut in size with a simple jigsaw with a file for metal. A special profile is used around the perimeter, masking the ends of the planks and the place of their fastening.
