12 billion rubles will be invested in the redevelopment project of the territory on Fedosino Street in the Moscow district of Novo-Peredelkino, the press service of the capital’s complex of economic policy and property and land relations reported.
We are talking about a 6-hectare plot between the Borovsky highway and the Kiev direction of the Moscow Railway, the future MCD-4. Currently, this territory is occupied by warehouses and garages, it is specified in the message.
“The integrated development project provides for the construction of housing, as well as social, business and social facilities. The planned volume of investments in the reorganization is about 12 billion rubles, and the annual budget effect for the city is estimated at almost 413 million rubles,” it says.
In total, almost 187 thousand square meters of real estate will be built on the site in Novo-Peredelkin, including 70 thousand “squares” under the renovation program. The area of public and business development will be about 108 thousand square meters, the press release adds.
