I recently looked out the window and drank my usual morning Espresso. The leaves were yellow and dry, but the air is still warm. And I wanted something special, autumn, delicious, spicy. After a long search for Starbucks menu, on popular forums and culinary sites, I found recipes that perfectly conveys the taste of the golden pore. His important plus is that he is still little known, and therefore will be a novelty even a connoisseur of hot non -alcoholic.
Pumpkin Latte – Nail of my program
Pumpkin is a symbol of Halloween, and at the same time all autumn. Therefore, the name of this drink is nice to even read.
For cooking, take:
2 tablespoons of pulp pulp;
12 tablespoons of a mixture of ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg;
freshly ground black pepper;
2 tablespoons of ordinary or brown sugar;
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract;
two cups of milk;
14 cups of the Espresso;
14 cup creams whipped to peaks.
The pumpkin must be in advance in the oven. Brind it with water, beat in foil and at a temperature of 200 degrees cook for about half an hour. After heating it with seasonings for 2 minutes, gradually adding black pepper. Pour sugar and leave the mixture on fire for a few more minutes. Gently warm up milk with vanilla extract and beat it with a blender. Mix coffee with pumpkin and seasonings, add milk, put foam on top, whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cooking time: no more than 5 minutes.
Utility: cinnamon reduces cholesterol levels, removes salt from the body. Ginger helps from colds, fatigue, contributes to weight loss. Nutmeg adhesis and stimulates to work. Black pepper is rich in iron, it is also good for losing weight. Vanilla extract helps the work of the stomach, normalizes the menstrual cycle.
Important advice: do not take skim milk, otherwise black pepper will not learn.
Possible changes: black pepper and vanilla extract can be removed, they are not a component of a classic recipe. But if you want to reveal the taste and benefits of all seasonings, it is better not to get rid of pepper. Depending on imagination and affordable products, you can replace ordinary milk with soy or coconut. Add apples or zest. Instead of sugar, sweeten the drink with honey or maple syrup.
