Structurally, such a system is divided into several parts, and consists of the base (reconstruction), the insulation layer, the ventilated space of the protective screen. Thanks to the air pillow available in the design, an additional heat insulator is created that protects the building from summer heat and winter cold.
Very often the question arises of the material from which it is best to make such facades. Practice has shown that the ventilated facade of porcelain tile is the most practical, since it has high strength and attractive appearance. The porcelain tile itself is an environmentally friendly natural material, for the manufacture of which a kaolin clay is used, which is an excellent insulator. In terms of its qualities, such material is comparable to ceramic tiles.
You can mount a ventilated facade of porcelain tile at any temperature and almost in any weather. In this case, there is no need to use special building mixtures requiring a certain temperature regime for solidification. The work on the facade cladding itself with ceramic granite must be performed in dry weather and the temperature regime indicated in the instructions for the use of glue.
At the same time, it is necessary to take into account that the production of installation work on the installation of a ventilated facade and its cladding is a complex technological process, requires the use of special tools and knowledge, therefore, in such cases, it will be better to turn to specialists.
